It never ceases to amaze me the bullcrap people will invest money in while the world is spinning down the toilet.

Among the latest scams is an optical telescope at Harvard University designed to detect light signals from aliens.

Lou Dobbs is already sending signals to aliens on a daily basis.

At least the money wasted here wasn't taxpayer dollars, but rather funds from the Planetary Society and the Bosack/Kruger Foundation.

Guys, uh, no chance of holding off on the telescopes for a while? Just until we get all the starving people something to eat? Turkey sandwich? No. Okay then.
