Keith Olbermann talks to former Nixon Administration White House Counsel John Dean about why Bush didn't pardon Sccoter Libby, something Dick Cheney has criticized Bush for since they left office. Bush did commute Libby's sentence before Libby would have had to go to jail.
By the way something, one of the Clinton Administration's lawyers thinks that Obama's executive order on presidential records could pry loose key documents from the Bush White House that pertain to the outing of Valerie Plame and the firing of the US Attorneys among other Bush administration scandals.
