The Way of The Gun

Seven mass shootings across the country killed 48 people in March. What do we do about it? I have no idea. The way the courts and the media are currently structured a gun control debate is politically counter-productive and any legislation that could be enacted would die a quick death in the courts. Even more sadly, there's no way to shut up the assholes that are agitating the problem. The worst part is guns aren't really the biggest part of the problem. The larger issue is the way people are treated in this country. We don't recognize mental illness. We do not have a great deal of social or economic justice and our educational and prisons systems make things worse, not better.
